We had the best time at Cooper Hawk Troy location. Emily was THE best waitress and we each joined the wine club because she gave us an offer we couldn't refuse FREE wine! The food was amazing too!!!
Amazing food, even better service. Our waiter was Michael, a young college grad from MSU. Very knowledgeable but more importantly, very friendly and approachable and A+ service. Highly recommend.
Ordered uber eats from Coopers Hawk Ft. Myers. Same order as many times before and liked it. Seafood Bisque was great. Prime sandwich was horrible. First, no Au Jus. Second, the meat was tough, unchewable. Third, The Asian salad side had no dressing. (Just dry lettuce). Totally unacceptable. Pitiful.
Shanice was amazing! Super friendly, attentive, and made us feel really welcome. She kept everything running smoothly and had great recommendations. She honestly made our night—thank you, Shanice!

I recently rented a private room for a dinner presentation for 30 guests on Aug 6, 2025. I had 2 waiters assigned. After all of the guest left, one of the waiters said "somebody left a raincoat", "do you want to take it". I told the waiters to keep it, in case one of my customers returns for it. I then let left it with them and also told the 2 hostesses at the desk that one of my customers left a raincoat behind and to please hold it for them.
