Our waiter seemed to be distracted and slow. This was particularly obvious when two other parties that were seated after us got there food at least 10 minutes before ours arrived.
I wanted to run in, order, use restroom,and take food to go. Not easy. Better off ordering on line and run in. Or enjoy the wine tasting and order. The food was delicious.
My husband and I we're celebrating our anniversary weekend in St Charles to catch a show at the Arcadia and late lunch at Cooper's. The weather was a bit chilly to stroll around so we stopped in Cooper's to have a glass of wine. And that is where we met Emma! Emma was outstanding, funny, knowledgeable and an overall Joy.
