First of all, Cooper’s Hawk is a winery. And they have a lot of different wines; whites, reds, sparkling, fruit, sangria. The lobby is part store, part tasting room. If you at all like wine, it is worth paying the cost for a tasting (8 samples of anything). They will also let you try a couple of samples at the dinner table to help you decide on a wine. Was there late on a Thurs, our server Ilya was amazing! Really made our experience special. The food was fine, drinks were ok, Ilya is why we are going back.
