This is what their happy hour “old fashioned” looks like after I had them remove ice and took 3 sips. It was overflowing with ice and had almost no cocktail in it - was just completely watered down and awful. Food wasn’t good on top of that.
When I signed up as a member for 49 dollars a month. I was treated with the best customer service and the regional manager brought multiple wine to taste. I was told that I could have wine tasting at table or bar. This time when I went and sat at table where I was told by server that I could not do a wine tasting at table. So I said I will go the wine tasting after I order the food and then return to table. The server said it take a hour to do wine tasting and would not work. I have been going to this Coopers location since the first week it opened very regularly. It is like a home away from home. I’ve had a chance to know some of the amazing staff, managers and servers. Lately, I really enjoy doing my wine tastings with Nicole and Keeman. They are both super friendly and personable which makes the experience even better. Nicole and Michael at the tasting room are amazing. I went for a tasting and to pick up bottles and they were amazing. Nicole went above and beyond while doing our tasting, explaining everything about the wine. She is an expert. Michael was amazing and so kind and further explained the wine in great detail. I will definitely be back !
Kemen is a fabulous server! We enjoy his hospitality every time we are here. We highly recommend asking for Kemen when you go to Cooper’s Hawk in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. My wife and I really enjoy the way he explains each of the item he serves. He is very knowledgeable recommend him‼️
