Called in a carry out order and told to call when I arrived because it would be close to closing. When I did, no one answered and I was stuck on hold for 20 minutes. When I entered behind someone leaving and found a manager to see what the problem was, I showed him I was still on hold! Manager couldn't explain why no one picked up or where the phone was ringing to. Then even they packed the food, they placed my salad on top of the hot meal, causing it to wilt. Totally unacceptable!
Our hostess was very nice, patient, through and efficient.
Very elegant place
Check your receipts before paying. Amber S. charged our party of 6 for a flight that was not ordered, a beer that they were out of and 2 truffles we did not receive. Very disappointed. Unfortunately I did not catch the errors until looking over the receipt the next day. I did contact the restaurant regarding the overcharge.
