Carrie, Ralph, Sabina and Alex are the best engaging people at this location and I absolutely adore them. My friend was happy with the service but y’all got to bring one to South Loop! And she joined the wine club 2 bottles!! Love April Member originally for 15 years!!
Sabina and Alex work the wine tasting room and when I tell you they are very nice, engaging and polite. They make sure to work the room and take care of everyone. You don’t feel like you are waiting to be serviced because they are sure to check on you. This location is very busy during the evening so to be able to service everyone in a timely manner is a pleasure.
Alex was our server for wine tasting and did an amazing job. Not only was he so attentive to us, he made sure our wine bottle order at the end of the night was ready to go after dinner. However, while we were dining , Alex came to our table to make us aware of the October special (magnum bottles) because we didn’t make those original selections. He really went above and beyond to make sure we are getting the most of our wine selection. We hope to have him as our wine tasting server again in the future. He was awesome.
We always have a great meal at the Morton Grove Cooper’s Hawk. Enjoyed Smash Burgers for an app and the Blackened Ahi Tuna for dinner was delicious. Our server, Lori, was helpful with suggestions, friendly and attentive. Always a good experience here.
