We were really excited to have our Christmas dinner at the Lee’s Summit Cooper’s Hawk location, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from the very beginning. Amazing food , staff and manager
Love Cooper's Hawk, but this was not the best experience today. When we arrived it was very un-busy, but the speed of our waiter you would have thought they were slammed. Leif C was very slow, disorganized and not at all familiar with the menu. I would have just guessed he was new, but unfortunately this was the second vist (a month apart) with similar service issues.
