Good Luck getting through to Membership Services, I have been on hold 35 minutes! I just wanted to ask why 2 of the last 8 bottles I received had dry corks. The one on my just received Magnum Bottle actually crumbled into the bottle of wine!
Went there for our anniversary. The drinks and appetizers were excellent. The only 2 issues I had was the Parmesan Chicken was bland. The sides were good but I gave up on the chicken half way through. The other issue was the waiter hardly came around. We would have racked up a higher bill if he came around more. Instead we just had one drink. They did comp the cake slice because of the chicken so there's that. Not sure that made up for it but it was something.
