Service was perfect as was the food and wine.
We just dined here and had a bit of a mixed experience. On the positive side, our waitress was phenomenal—attentive, friendly, and truly made us feel taken care of. She was extremely apologetic about the wait even though it was not her fault. The food itself was also outstanding, easily 5-star quality. However, the wait time was extremely disappointing. Our waitress was not pleasant.
We are wineclub members at the Scottsdale location. We eat there almost once a week and love going there. Our granddaughter just had a baby and moved to Chandler. We paid her a visit and took her and her family out to dinner. We went to the Chandler location, thinking that would be a good choice. Wrong! We had waiter Greg. He was cordial however it did not make up for the poor kitchen/timing. We waited over an hour for our entrees. Two of us ordered salmon and specifically asked for it not to be dry.
