One of my favorite restaurants in Chandler. Not even a wine drinker. We go for the excellent food & great atmosphere. Love love love this place. We've noticed that although this is supposed to be the slower season for restaurants because the snow birds have gone back home to avoid the AZ heat, Cooper's Hawk manages to still be quite busy at night. Customer service was a 20/20! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ There was no long wait, and we had both a waiter and waitress taking care of us. The service was absolutely top-tier! Alex and Tori were amazing! They were extremely knowledgeable about the menu, gave us great recommendations, and made sure we were taken care of the entire time. They are truly the epitome of excellent customer service. Today was absolutely amazing! From Charlotte in the front house giving us tasting and walking us to through the membership. To our server Brady who personalized our experience and offered amazing preference swaps. 10 out of 10 experience the Chef's suggestion Brown Butter Crab risotto and jambalaya amazing! Wine tasting before dinner is a MUST. Pours and information were generously given and they have some incredible merchandise. The food was AMAZING and there is a gluten-free menu option as well. Waiting staff are helpful and attentive without being overbearing. It is a bit pricy once you start getting appetizers and such, but it's a good meal with friends and they have good presentation. Suggest to become (or go with) a wine club member for some additional savings.
