My experience at Cooper Hawk was absolutely phenomenal! My guest and I arrived late due to unexpected delays, but we were treated with care and excellent customer service. We were seated within just 15-20 minutes of our arrival. Our waiter, Jose, was fantastic, especially considering it was his first night. Despite the busyness of the evening, he consistently checked on our table, addressed every question, and met all our service needs. Our group spent over $300 on lunch to celebrate an engagement, then went downstairs for the Luxe tasting and to purchase nine bottles of wine. Instead, we were told to wait in an excessively long line with no clear process. After poor communication and lack of hospitality, we chose to leave and patronize another establishment within walking distance. Disappointing experience, especially since we were ready to spend more and even explore membership.
A local staple. Lots of free on-site parking. Come early stay late. We were able to catch a outdoor movie screening after our meal.
