Was told 30 minutes for a small pickup order on a Monday night. Arrived after 30 minutes and had to wait another 30 minutes. Not sure if the order was ever put through until arriving to pick it up. Pick up is not the way to go at this location. This is not the first poor service with their pick up system. Cancelled the order and just got a refund. It’s always slow and chaotic.
It was very busy and loud but, to be expected. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond for our large group. The food was OK. I did ask for very well done chicken and it looked a little pink on the inside and didn't have much flavor to it when I got it so I ended up not eating most of it once I realized.
