Placed an order online today. Got a confirmation email and told order would be ready to pick up at 5:59. Showed up on time and had to wait 30 min before the food showed up out of the kitchen. On the way to the front, the general manager (with our food in hand) even stopped to have a conversation with someone else before giving us our food. Not 1 person apologized for the ridiculous wait, not even the GM. What makes it even worse was my chicken sandwich was cold, and the fries on both orders were cold and mushy. The service was ok. Did not get the complimentary bread & butter. Did not get the birthday surprise for my son yes, I asked for it. The biggest no no is I was cold! Stated this to the server & the manager, no relief until I stepped outside the restaurant. Next time I'm taking making business elsewhere.
My favorite Cooper's Hawk, there for a small gathering and everything was great from the event coordinator to the server Shana.
I didn't care for this location and our server was way too busy had too many tables! The lighting needs to be updated badly! Food was good!
