Our surf and turf came out cold, but on warm plates. According to the manager that's how they serve food. Food also took an hour and 20 min to come out. I understand they were busy, but if you have 3 managers there then someone should have jumped in the kitchen and helped. We did get out appetizers comped, but our server came and told us that to get a new order it would be another 45 min. The manager and server both talked crap about each other to us. We had a big group. Our waitress was wonderful & patient. She also made great suggestions. The food was delicious & came out quickly. Love this place!
I planned an event for my engagement celebration. Caroline which is the event coordinator was a great help. In addition, Sandy which was our server was amazing! I'd request her every time we visit.
