Coopers Hawk....very disappointed tonight! I have been coming here since the restaurant opened with small and large parties, and I've never seen a large group handled in such a sloppy way. We waited over half an hour for our checks and the servers seemed to forget what everyone ordered. The manager's response was they they were overwhelmed. �. I won't be returning here...at least not with a large party.
I love the service the food is Amazing. I took some friends from Puerto Rico and they love it they want to go back. Me love "Coopers Hawk"
Great wine, great food, and very nice service overall.
Arrived at 7pm, they told us that the waiting time was an hour. People wit reservations were told that waiting time for them was 30 minutes. After and hour and half, the hostess told us that they were cleaning our table. After 30 more minutes still no table. We left since they were not sure when the table that they were cleaning was going to be ready. Had international media as our guests and they were less than pleased with the way we were all treated. The place was so nice the Customer Service was outstanding!! The food n the wine- the Cooper's hawk red wine was sooo good, will be coming back for the wine tasting with wonderful friends.�����
This was my first visit and I was really impressed. When I called and made the reservation, I told them that one of the diners needed to eat Gluten free and there was a gluten free menu already on the table when we arrived. The staff took my allergy seriously and I was assured that the kitchen would make sure I was safe from cross contamination or mistakes. Our server, Kim, was fantastic! A big thank you on behalf of the people who can not eat Gluten for providing such varied and delicious choices!
From the minute you enter the restaurant to the end of our visit the staff made us feel welcome and treated us with respect and a smile making the atmosphere outstanding. The food was excellent and the wine list was amazing.
