If you have another choice, go to a different restaurant. Extremely disappointed with the host, as people without reservation were seated ahead of us this evening (we had a reservation). When we spoke to the restaurant manager Jonathan Satinover, he was disrespectful. The fact that this restaurant needs senior management intervention and service training is an understatement. Great cocktails, great meals, and gracious and friendly staff! Our new favorite spot to go.
Fantastic service!!! Ashley, wine tasting server, was on the go! Serving 3 tasting groups, total of 8 people. Also she was working the check-out and chocolate counter. Impressed with the amount she was doing plus making sure none of us waited for wine and she answered all of our questions. Give that girl a raise!!!! Patty ,was our waitress, she was friendly & fun!!!! Helpful, informing me and asking the chef about ingredients because of my food allergies. Red wine short ribs & Asian pork belly tostadas, DELISH!!!!!!!

Food is amazing every time! Wait staff is great. I do agree with other comments that reservations aren't always timely, but that also isn't an exact science and i wouldn't let it deter the great food and wine experience.
