My past two visits were not great at the Wheeling location. They totally need a revamp of the staff. The hostess stand is filled with disinterested staff who barely acknowledge you. Table is never ready at time of reservation. After I had to wait for my table to be prepared, my party was walked over to a filthy table and I was then told that wasn’t my table, it was saved for a larger party. RecommendedTry it all. We have been members for 9 years. Their blends are what attracted us. The bonus is the service and knowledgeable staff, no matter what location you go to. Recommended5 stars and a shout out to Michael our server last night at the Wheeling IL location. We celebrated a colleagues retirement and it is the first time my husband and I have been to a Cooper's Hawk. It will not be the last. The food was prepared to my hub's dietary needs.
