After four years of planning and construction, Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant opened in 2005 in Orland Park, a south suburb of Chicago. The concept was unique. The food is delicious, the ambiance perfect, the wine list is extensive, the service was a real disappointment, as the server unfortunately ruined an almost perfect experience. In the future do explain the time constrains on the dining experience so that when someone orders a bottle of wine they are made aware of fact they will be rushed to finish it! The server was training a new employee! She should not be! She was rushing us throughout, and made us aware of fact we had over extended our stay! Covid has definitely impacted... read more

Enjoy being back to tasting and dinner after. Our wine taste server Kenya is excellent. Food always good. Like that Cooper’s Hawk turned our missed wine tasting into glasses of wine.
Our Server, Rosa, was simply the best and the chef recommendation for cashew crusted Mahi Mahi was SO DANG GOOD! We missed being here fo so many months. Great to be back even with the covid restrictions!

I have been a fan of this CH cause l was their first Coca-Cola delivery guy. when they first open this one in Burr Ridge. I join the wine club the first day. the manager then offer me and my helper dinner and Connie ask the time was the tasting waitress. she encourage me to become a member and l been one since day one. Connie has gone on to management. and l have nothing but do things to say about this CH. l have been to everyone but this one in Burr Ridge has always had my heart.
