I am a wine club member and have been for a few years. I brought two people that had not been to Cooper’s Hawk before. We sat in the bar at a booth. We had to wait at least 20 minutes for our table to be ready. After sitting down and experiencing the service that we received, I can understand why it took so long for the previous customers to vacate the space. We had to ask for bread three times. Cooper's Hawk is a pretty awesome establishment. Their wine selection is wonderful, just about anything for everyone. Their bar, this is where we hang out the most. They can produce just about any drink you want, but their bourbon selection is kind of limited (it's a winery after all). But the staff are absolutely wonderful. They are properly trained and treat each guest with respect. We've never had a bad visit and we're there a bit. The weekend brunch is an added bonus. I love me a BLT w/egg and they do it well.
