Service was excellent, attentive, and quick!!!
Food is good and fresh(ish). Fresh to the kitchen, not fresh to the table. Was there for a medium sized and the restaurant was half empty. It took us over an hour to get bread service and in that case we even had to ask for it. Took 20 minutes to get water as well. We gave this place a second chance because the first time was really slow. But we learned our lesson now because we got the same service as last time, nice but very una attentive . I could not cut Pretzel bread & when a new one came out it was not much better & did not taste good. My cheeseburger & fries came out barely warm & burger was too greasy & fries were rubbery. Waited forever for drink refill. Manager gave me a coupon for a future free appetizer to remedy this. I have ordered this & ate here many times. It was always good until now. The manager should have comp’d my meal. I feel like I got ripped off. $26.26 for burger, fries, & soda. I expected it to be good.
