My new-to-me MINI needed a lot of work to be a healthy, dependable car. I took it to Cooper's Garage to get an idea of cost and what exactly needed done. The guys were great. Never talked down to me, explained everything it needed and why. When I asked about doing a few other things, they explained why I didn't need to spend the money on that just yet. Absolutely amazing service- If you love your car and you care about how your money is spent- see these guys.They told me what needed to be fixed, what needed fixing in the future, and even showed me what those things were and gave me a list so I wouldnt forget! John even helped me find a towing company for a better rate than I was finding - everyone there went so far above and beyond and now I will not take my car anywhere else for anything. Great customer service. They could have sold me a part I didn't need...instead they fixed the part I had and everything works great! If you own a MINI and live within 2hrs of Nashville, take your MINI to them. It is worth the drive!
I haven't yet had the pleasure of having our Mini serviced by John & Mark, but you can bet I will when I'm out of warranty! They have also partnered with an amazing detailer who did a phenomenal job on my wife's Mini at a great price. If you need detail work done on any vehicle, definitely give Cooper's Garage a call!
Man, where do I start with these guys? Having worked with John during his time at Mini of Nashville, I was ecstatic to hear that he and Mark had opened their own private shop. This is by far the best shop around for Mini work. I made the trip from Huntsville to Nashville to take my R58 Coupe in for a brake upgrade. They did an excellent job. In addition they went way above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable while we waited. Highly recommended local shop of fine folks that take Customer Service seriously and have the best interest of the customer at heart. If you have a Mini and need service, this is the place to go!
