called them to get a over the phone estimate to do a small repair,exhaust pipe on my truck, was told $200!!!!!!!!!! had it done at an honest, ethical shop for $70!! DO NOT EVER GO HERE FOR ANYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OWNERS SON JEFF COOPER SPOILED BRAT TALKS SHIT ABOUT ONE CUSTOMER TO THE NEXT, JUST A LITTLE PUNK WORKING FOR DADDY!
Driving from Ohio to Wisconsin, and got stranded in Hammond, Indiana with a horrible coolant leak. Stopped at Cooper’s and they fixed our cracked hose in 10 minutes and didn’t even charge us for it. After a long day on the road, this was very much appreciated and should we ever be in that situation again (pray we aren’t), Cooper’s would be our go-to location. Thank you!
I have dealt with many auto garages and Cooper's by far BLOWS EVERYONE OUT THE WATER!! Very Honest and Exceptional Prices!! They were cheaper by over $100.00 compared to Matt's Auto!! HIGHLY RECOMMENED!!
