Absolutely loved my experience at this flower shop. I walked in having a terrible day, but Tim completely turned it around. He helped me create the perfect flower arrangement and was so kind and uplifting. He even introduced me to his adorable cats and his turtle named Tulip, such a sweet touch! It felt more like visiting a friend than shopping. Highly recommend!

I've used Coopers twice in the past & gave them good reviews. This time I am not able to give a good review. I ordered flowers for a friend's birthday online at their website. I had to enter the address for the delivery as well as my phone number & credit card info. I received a text and email confirmation that the order was accepted. When she did not receive the flowers on her birthday, I contacted the florist. I was told that there was an error because they do not deliver to that address.
