I have been here for years. This is the best management and maintenance team Coopers Crossings has ever had. Maintenance is promptly and on time. The manager Lashunda is very professional and very informative. Her communication is awesome and so is Miguel and Michael with the maintenance team.
I love it here Lashunda Williams was great she did everything she could to get me in here she was so nice kind and patient with me I adore her for what she did. My apartment is quiet and spacious I love it here
Management SUCKS. it’s been almost 5 months and I still haven’t got my refund although the apt manager “claims” they sent it to me which was a lie! Super extremely unprofessional, rude and dismissive. She doesn’t respond you have to go to the actual office then she acts like she doesn’t know who you are. She’s a joke. Would NOT recommend to anyone!! Wish I could have put 0 stars!
Lashuda was very informative, professional and effective. She made the the application and viewing a breeze..looking forward to speaking to her again.
