I’ve been going to Coopers to get keys made, headlights, tail lights, windshield wipers and batteries changed, etc, for my entire life. Sometimes even for things that turn out to be more complicated. They’re always friendly, reliable, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. They’ll usually install wipers and other items on the spot and they’re always willing to peak under your hood and will fix or diagnose what they can at a moment’s notice. Every time I come here, the employees and the owner treat me like a friend, going above and beyond to help me with whatever I need. I recently went to get a replacement bulb for my headlight and they found and replaced it for me for no added charge, while I got to sit in the AC with an adorable dog. Today I talent back after seeing a message about my brake lights, and they immediately came out to my car to help me figure out which of them were out, and gave me the chance to have a look for myself.
