Very disappointed with the care my mother received. I even left a message with the hospitals Director, Michael Loftus and never received a call back. Very disappointing to say the least. He is supposed to be the hospital's director and doesn't care to return messages. Poor service continued after she was discharged. Her treating doctor, Dr. Sharad game he his direct number but ignored my messages and refused to help when one of the pills he prescribed for her dangerously lowered her blood pressure level. The executives of this hospital should try calling either their operator or the patient information line. No one answers despite many tries. Apparently the employees there are lazy and the managers allow this behavior. Update: it was not a delay. No one ever answered.
