Have closed a number of deals and service is poor and fees are high. Last transaction was cash and they charged a $595 settlement fee which was originally $100 higher. Didn't reflect a 5K deposit on the closing statement. One of my clients got into an argument with Richard and we almost didn't close. I enjoy maintaining good relationships within the real estate community; I hope they improve their attitude and service.
