Jessica Villa is simply top tier, always professional- had all the showings pre-planned, had printed info sheets and even coordinated best route. She was always pleasant, very knowledgeable. As a 1st time homebuyer we never felt judged or pushed into anything. Jessica didn’t stop until we were found the one that we fell in love with and was courteous enough to sending all utility contact info during the purchase for us to have everything set up for our move date.

This real estate office hires indecent people. They have Mark Pancallo working for them, who is a liar and a dishonest person, will not do the right thing for you. I would not recommend this office to anyone!!!

Beware of Lucia C. We saw an apartment listing on Facebook and called her and she showed us the apartment and everything and said she would give us an application discount of $150 for 3. We decided to apply and now she starts changing things around saying it will be $300 for each/ $100 each. We end up getting approved and then she goes also we need $300 more for the application for the association. She never told us that and should have from the beginning. I’ve never heard of anybody paying $600 in total for just application... read more
