Pleasant staff and music in the MRI machine headphones. Guidance every step of the way and a heads up before the loudest sounds. Great experience for someone with anxiety.
My visit here was mixed. They called several times to confirm my appointment, which felt excessive. The facility looks dated, and the reception experience wasn’t very welcoming. The changing room could also be much cleaner. The biggest issue was with the nurse handling the injection — the interaction felt rude and uncomfortable, and the injection itself was painful. On the positive side, the imaging technician was excellent: professional, calm, and very good at their job. The MRI portion went smoothly thanks to them.
