They don’t even deserve one star. I was told to arrive at 3:15 for a 3:30 Lumbar MRI w/o contrast then a 4:00 Cervical MRI with and w/o contrast. Because I’m claustrophobic, I take something to relax me. I medicated 1/2 hour before arriving at 3:15 as instructed twice by staff that called me prior to my appointment. I show up on time and was never called back. I went to the receptionist 1/2 hour later asking how long it’s going to be because the medication was wearing off so she goes back to ask and a tech comes and says it’... read more
Very professional, polite staff and a clean environment. Is it quiet?? YOU EVER HAVE AN MRI????
HIGHLY recommend this place for MRIs. It's a wide bore, 3T machine. It's in a room that gets plenty of sunlight. So when you're in there, it feels open and spacious. Great for people with claustrophobia. They also had headphones for me to listen to music while the scan was going. And I was able to choose the music. The staff there were also excellent and very kind. If you have severe claustrophobia, this is the place to go as they are very accommodating and they help you through the scan.
