They said my appointment was at 1130 so I showed up around 1115...at 1145 I asked when I would be taken in and they said not until 1205??? They then said they make people come 20 minutes early even though they made me come 35 minutes early 🙄.. apparently my time isn't of any value
They don’t even deserve one star. I was told to arrive at 3:15 for a 3:30 Lumbar MRI w/o contrast then a 4:00 Cervical MRI with and w/o contrast. Because I’m claustrophobic, I take something to relax me. I medicated 1/2 hour before arriving at 3:15 as instructed twice by staff that called me prior to my appointment. I show up on time and was never called back. I went to the receptionist 1/2 hour later asking how long it’s going to be because the medication was wearing off so she goes back to ask and a tech comes and says it’... read more
