Update II: Previously updated stating something wasn't completed in my apartment upon moving in despite speaking to Harry about it twice. Later realized the building management is incompetent and the building super is actually just a PITA and didn't do it to save an hour and a couple bucks in paint. Update: When I moved in, one of the items I coordinated with Harry on was not done, leaving me with the headache to deal with the super and building management who are both horrible communicators and won't do the work. I worked with Harry, who communicated very well and let me know of an available apartment in Forest Hills before it went on the market. This was amazing considering the housing shortage in NYC right now. I have yet to move in since the apartment is undergoing renovations, but I am looking forward to starting in a new place. The whole process was very short. I saw the apartment on a Friday and signed a lease the following Tuesday.
I worked with Harry Cisneros. Extremely efficient process. I was shown the apartment on a Tuesday, approved on Wednesday and signed the lease on Thursday. Highly recommend for apartments in the Forest Hills, Queens area.
