Update II: Previously updated stating something wasn't completed in my apartment upon moving in despite speaking to Harry about it twice. Later realized the building management is incompetent and the building super is actually just a PITA and didn't do it to save an hour and a couple bucks in paint. Update: When I moved in, one of the items I coordinated with Harry on was not done, leaving me with the headache to deal with the super and building management who are both horrible communicators and won't do the work.
