I stopped by this place during my travel because people told me it was the best coffee shop in town, and I decided to grab a bag home. This turned out to be the most fruity and fun beans I have ever had! Will definitely need to be back for more next time I travel!
I normally go to Rowan Coffee whenever I'm in Asheville, but my wife and I decided to switch it up and try something new. Cooperative had absolutely phenomenal coffee. We had a cortado and an iced caramel latte, and both were great. They roast their own coffee, and I didn't ask, but I believe they make their own syrups as well. Favorite coffee we had all week in Asheville!
Bought some coffee beans and the staff kindly ground it for us. Had a nice vibe in there.
Found our new favorite bean for my home espressos. After trying them all both of us agreed “levity” was our favorite.
