We've given this company several chances, but had nothing but terrible experiences. They're difficult to schedule to begin with. Then they have consistently moved or canceled cleaning appointments at the last minute. Today was the last straw when they sent someone at the wrong time, and as it turns out, that person was unable to clean our apartment because they lied to her and told her that we are pet-free apartment. Depriest was my cleaner. He showed up exactly on time, got right to work, and did a better job than any cleaner or service I have ever used. He is an exceptional worker and should get a raise. If I use the service again, I will definitely request him.
Couldn't recommend this company more. Their website is extremely easy to use when booking a cleaning. Everybody is professional and follows instructions really well (including texts and emails letting me know they have finished cleaning), and the place looks great after they leave. I use them primarily for my AirBnb, they're flexible about arrival time and methods of key pickup. Pricing is extremely reasonable when you compare the quality to how much everybody else charges for the same service.
Have used this company for several years. During our most recent cleaning we had a little issue and they worked so attentively and promptly to resolve it. I am impressed with how quickly they took accountability and resolved the issue. To me this represents a quality company and service.
