Love Dr. Cooper. My whole family uses his services.
After going to Dr. Cooper for five years, I will be searching for another physician. I was hesitant to write this but feel I would appreciate this feedback as a patient looking for a family doctor. Dr. Cooper is a very nice man (as is his receptionist Jackie). His skills as a physician, however, are questionable in my opinion. My Husband Receives a call after 7 p.m. on Valentine's night/ last night Feb. 14th from Coleen Cooper threatening us if we don't pay the $7.73 bill she is sending us to collections. Trying to enjoy a family night. Do you really think we tried to skip out on $7.73 - Talk and be a professional and don't call so late especially for $8.00 - Will always tell this story to people. Received an email as well. Your check is in the mail. My family and I apologize that we didn't see this bill.
The best Family Practice Physician I have ever been in to see. I did not have to wait long to see the doctor and hes always pleasant.
