Service was great for Titus annual visit. He liked the Techs too. there is also plenty of parking too.
They were quick and didn't make it uncomfortable when I had gone in for the first time. My dog enjoyed it there and kept trying to talk to them when I was. At first he was a little timid but only took a sec for him to get settled. They helped me with trying to get the issue figured out I'll be back if Its needed.
Vets are awesome and VIP is elite.
I loved Pets on Broadway but recently found it impossible to get my dog in for an urgent surgery. I completely understand the delay with the surgeon schedule, but I couldn’t even get that far. The front desk staff did little to try and help me. I asked for a quote for the surgery. I was told I would get on by the end of day, that was on a Thursday, the weekend went bye so I thought I’d give it another shot. Again the front desk lady was no help.
