Kind of unreal and embarrassing hearing the doctor, and nurse who did my intake, loudly make fun of my complaint at their nurses station
I want to share my experience with Cooper Urgent Care as I’ve seen mixed reviews recently. I thought this urgent care was great. I was able to make a reservation online (which I recommend doing early, because spots fill up quickly around sick season). I waited in the waiting room for probably about 30-35 minutes (this is nothing for me, as the wait times are awful at the other urgent cares around me). I was literally just there on Monday for the flu they gave me nothing to help and I have this cough that won’t go away I called back today Friday to see if they can send over some cough syrup to help me get some relief and they said i have to come in a be seen again….like for what ones just there and u know I have the flu they just want w reason to charge my insurance again for no reason and no help go somewhere else they suck sorry excuse for drs
Run away. Go to another Urgent Care- you don’t need to go here. They did not call me with my test results (over three weeks) and when I called today asking what is going on with regard to my test I waited over 50 minutes to speak to someone for my results. Please note, in addition to waiting 50 minutes, I was also hung up on. Go to another Urgent Care and get proper treatment. Patient care is not a priority here
