Pregnant - UTI - they didn't do culture test because my health insurance wasn't active yet. They didn't offer me the option, they just chose not to. Prescribed antibiotic that has not cured infection entirely. I called them and requested culture test and they acted as if I was crazy, did not care that I was pregnant (which they knew b/c they confirmed it), and just kept repeating that I would have to pay the self pay fee again and for labcorp. I when to urgent care because I had knee pain and back pain afterwards when I was leaving the doctor toll me to make appointments with front desk put they were in the back talking, so a left they call me 1 hour later, to make appointments for ortho doctor she did but when I when 3 week later she may it for my neck ,know I have to wait 3 more weeks for a appointments again
This place is amazing. I appreciated the fact, that I could schedule an appt for my urgent need of a medical professional looking at my problem. Everyone, the administration front desk, Medical Assistant, and Registered Nurse were so nice, and understood my medical condition and urgent need. Also, loved the fact as a Cooper Patient, they had my long history of my medical conditions. I was very anxious and left feeling confident.
If I could give it zero stars I would! I was reading this review before getting there to meet my husband that took our son there with a shoulder injury after football practice. The review said (Doctors, nurses were condescending and unbelievably unprofessional. If you want comprehensive and empathetic care, DO NOT GO HERE!!!)
