Nice place to go. Cafe is okay. People seems nice enough.
I had to wait four months for my 5-year-old to see an ENT at Cooper. I called in January and was told the earliest available appointment was at the end of April. I took half a day of PTO and paid $6 for parking for a visit that lasted all of 15 minutes. The doctor barely examined her—just used a tongue depressor to glance at her tonsils and looked in her nose to tell me she had “boogers.” No ear check, no thorough exam it felt so dismissive. Would like to put 0 stars. Horrible experience going to these PCP at Suite 502 Horrible! PCP Nicholas Fiala and the nurse Antoinette did not help at all. I'm telling you now, if your not halfway dead do not come here. All the doctors wanna talk about is sports and other things besides your health. They could care less about your health or any issues you have. Horrible. Horrible horrible. I do not recommend. They do nothing to get to the bottom of what's causing your bad health. Again Horrible!!
