Everytime I call and get connected to the actual location the odds of me being hung up on after a 25-30 min wait is roughly 80%( as calling brings you to a call center where your redirected). Even tho they ask for a callback number I have yet to receive a callback after one of these incidents. It’s extremely hard to get proper information as it seems the staff is un knowledgeable of the campus and what’s located there and where it is.. I have had three appointments this summer at Cooper Moorestown Mall location. Each visit was awesome! I was in and out in no time. My Doctor contacted me the same day with results!
