As far as establishment procedure and hospital experience I wish there was a 0 star. The hospital staff nurses doctors security receptionist were all fantastic other then mistaken we had left and having us wait alittle longer. But it’s truly a shame the amount of time it took for someone with severe abdominal pains complaining of nausea and dizziness to have to sit in a waiting room and wait from 1 pm to 9 pm with a few moments of going in the back for quick blood work and an hour downstairs for. I went to this hospital's ER many times over the years. It is bar none, the best trauma center in the area. My most recent visit was to the aftermath of a local plane crash, everyone miraculously lived, some were in critical condition, but all received the most amazing treatment possible. The care and compassion, the professionalism, and the knowledge were exceptional. Thank you Cooper for taking such great care of my family. If I could, I would give them 10 stars.
Came with my toddler with high fever and trouble swallowing, dehydration and vomitting. Had 3 hours waiting and no luck to be checked by doctors. The nurses kept saying that they do not know when is our turn, aggressively. Gives a shit about patients
Walked in, talked to the registration person ~ saw how many people were there and decided to go to Inspira Mullica Hill. All of my Dr's are Cooper Dr, but I was not dealing with that disaster of a waiting room last night. Made the right choice by leaving...
