RecommendedWe couldn’t have been happier with the care my father recently received at Cooper. The CCU Team went above and beyond to care for him and us in so many ways. Even with his passing there has been such an outpouring of love and care from the residents and attendings and specialists and nurses and techs. We are grateful for the incredible comfort he received and at the end of his life he was painless and restful in great part due to their constant care and attention. Thank you CCU team from the Endicott family!
I love the medical care that I receive, I detest trying to make appointments, or to try to get any ancillary care attention. Please teach every employee that they are part of my cure, right down the the cleaning services. I need you all to keep me alive!
The team at Cooper is excellent. I recently had short stay with them, and kept track of the names of the people who provided my care, because I want to give them excellent reviews. This hospital is outstanding!

Horribly inept incompetent organization. Cannot get any assistance from any of the office staff unless you post negative comments on social media. They change billing systems and cannot manage to apply a prepayment to an outstanding charge but can send me to collections even after i wrote to them and sent a copy of my account showing no amount due with the prepayment. Worst experience ever!!! No sense of prioritization it was like a zoo ... the security guard at the ER entrance is the rudest person ever!!! When a patient can’t get a door open don’t sit there and tell them to put effort into it ... get up and help !!! not enough beds and people on chairs in the hallway ... I seriously thought I had stepped into a 3rd world country ... props to the nurses who work under these conditions ... my nurse was amazing
