Cons: receptionists rude, physician rude. I don't know why but they have a condescending air and just argumentative if you make a request. I always feel agitated after speaking with them. Pro: close to home but I would happily travel to the Camden location for a better overall experience. Thankfully CHOP opened a practice in moorestown across the street so I will try them.
If you want a pediatric practice that cares about your children and your family, this is the one to go to. I have been coming here for 10 years, and for a reason. From the front desk assistants, to the nurses, to the dr's... they are the most accommodating and caring women. My youngest son has Down Syndrome, and Dr, Gordon takes her time with him, guides me through all the decisions I need to make for him, and I feel confident in her care. I love Dr. Gordon and have been taking the kids there since they were born, but this nurse triage system is not working. You have to call, describe the issue, wait for the nurse to call for only then, maybe, you are graced with an appointment. Thank you, but no thank you. I will be taking my kids to CHOP in Moorestown.
