There’s a reason this office only has a 3.3 rating. If you are a new mom looking for a pediatrician for your baby, do not choose Cooper. To start, it always felt impossible to talk directly to the doctor - you have to call Coopers main line and go through a number of prompts before getting the real person. The doctor was never the one to respond via portal message and always felt like I was getting a run around. At Cooper you are just a number. The whole experience felt very impersonal and they don’t seem to have empathy or ... read more

This office is horrible. I’ve called multiple times to have my daughter seen and it’s always a run around. I am always told to just monitor and when I ask to schedule to be seen I’m told the nurses are the only ones able to make an appointment?.. had I listened to the instructions of the nurse my daughter would have went days with an undiagnosed flu. I’m glad I listened to my mom instincts and took her to the emergency room. But honestly what’s the point of having a pediatrician when you can’t even see or speak with them. I’... read more

Brought my son in a week ago for an appointment because of his cough and was told that there’s nothing they can do for him and basically pushed it off as if it was nothing. A week later he has the stomach flu and is on day three of it, I called to book an appointment and was told that I should just give him fluids and that he doesn’t need to be seen. My son had to stay home from school and I missed work. When I go to ask for a doctors note for missing work I get told no I can’t do that with a very nasty attitude . Everything... read more

We took our new born to Dr. Hammer in 2022, and she Dr. Weinroth as well. They are the best. They are kind and compassionate and wole staff is really welcoming and gentle. They dealt with mommy and baby with equal compassion and kindness. If we hadn't moved to Pennsylvania I would have never ever changed the pediatric care.

My 2-year-old son was seen by Dr. Weinroth, and the experience was awful. I was on FaceTime while my mom brought him in for a rash. From the moment she walked in, Dr. Weinroth was cold, distant, and completely disengaged. She didn’t even want to touch him. My mom had to take off his bandage because the doctor just stood there awkwardly like she didn’t want to be bothered. No warmth, no effort to make my son feel comfortable. She barely examined him, gave no real diagnosis, and just threw out a possible treatment after I push... read more
