My first time going to Cooper health was last year when I visited the location in Cherry Hill on Brace Rd. It was the first time in a very long time I experienced people that genuinely cared and wanted to help. Nicole Jackson is one of the first people I spoke with when I arrived, she patiently answered my questions and got me set up to see the doctor. Dr. Masel-Miller is a very attentive and caring Dr. She listens and does not rush.
Dr. S. Roy has the worst nurse LPN (Michelle) assigned to him, the girl is useless and the office manager are also worst. When tried file a complaint, they laugh at you like it's some kind of f**king joke. The worst experience ever, changed my whole entire family doctors never going back nor recommend and anyone at cooper.
