Place is a total ripoff. I pay 1650 a month to live in a dump without a garbage chute. I also have to 50 extra to use my storage unit which is designated for my unit. How is that legal?

2 Star because the elevator is always down two weeks ago, it wasn’t working and now today it’s not working again. How can seniors walk up and down the stairs? It’s terrible. Especially When they need medical care and need to call 911.
