Very rude front desk. They interrupt, rush, are poorly trained, and sarcastic.
Dr. Tammi Cooper is the best. She has been my doctor for several years. She is caring and thorough. She never rushes and good at follow ups.
Dr. Tammi Cooper refused to prescribe refills on my Restless Leg Syndrome medicine(Ropinirol HCL 0.25 mg)for me. She was ignoring my problem for a long time to start with, I started taking Magnesium on my own since I was suffering every night. When I told her on the next appointment that I’m taking Magnesium 400 mg every night to relieve my syndrome and it’s helping me somewhat. She asked me who prescribed it for you. I've been seeing Dr. Cooper for some years now and I'm very happy. She takes time to talk about my concerns and makes time to see me when I haven't felt well. I do recommend her.
Unfortunately, due to my employer changing insurance plans I had to leave my regular internist of 17 years. Dr. Cooper has now been my internist for about three years. I really wanted to love Dr. Cooper, but from day one she was very dry and not personable at all. Every appointment she led with "you need to lose weight", honestly I am not one of those people who get upset about my weight. My weight is in the right place and I am smaller than Dr. Cooper!
