This place is run very poorly. Good luck getting a phone call through to Dr. Zhou’s office. I’ve called 40 times in the past two days, my pharmacy has called a dozen times during that time, they’ve even faxed out a request for my pre/post surgery eye drops. Today I’ve had the surgery, still no eye drops in hand or a prescription. I had an appointment to have my eye checked up on post surgery a few hours later, the office is closed with no notice, and I have no drops for my post operation eye surgery. I had a very disappointing experience at this appointment. The visit felt extremely rushed, and I left feeling confused and unsupported rather than properly informed. I was told I was at high risk for glaucoma, but the reasoning was not clearly explained. When I asked questions, the results did not sound as severe as they were initially presented, which made the interaction feel more fear-based than educational. Dr. Zhou was curt bordering on rude. She runs her practice like an assembly line. Little to no information was shared, any questions were treated as an inconvenience. The best part of the visit was her cheerful and helpful staff. They were wonderful !
