Absolutely amazing! Staff went above and beyond for my son.
I had a prostate biopsy done and Dr. Seftel and all the nurses were fantastic... God Bless.
My 2 year old son had bilateral tubes put in his ears this morning. They were so friendly and so caring. The front desk reception all the way to the nurses and the doctors treated everybody with respect. They made me feel very comfortable and made my son Feel so special. Dr. Soloman is great and eased my anxiety. Surgery procedure was quick and easy. Instructions were given for treatment very thoroughly. 5 stars. Great Place.
BAD SERVICE, NO BED SIDE MANNERS FROM NURSING STAFF, ONE NURSE/ASSISTANT SEEMED TO BE ON A DRUG, LONG WAIT TIME, I WILL NEVER RETURN OR RECOMMEND. THE BEST TREATMENT WAS AFTER YOU WAKE UP, THOSE STAFF MEMBERS WERE NICER/KIND/WARM/FRIENDLY, ALSO 6 DIFFERENT PEOPLE ASK YOU THE SAME REPETITIVE QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU GO IN THE O R WHICH IS STUPID/TIME CONSUMING. I WILL TRAVEL FARTHER FOR BETTER SERVICE GOING FORWARD. OH AND THEY DEFINITELY NEED NEWER/CLEANER GOWNS, MY GOWN WAS STAINED. YUCK!!!!
