I was referred here .. I was told Mr Cooper was the best in Columbia. Unfortunately, I’m not able to say if he is or isn’t ..The representative was moving too fast. She didn’t let me speak or hear what I had to say which is unprofessional !! if you want patience to come To this dentist you should have better Customer Service . She told me she can get me in at four but I work till five. She told me she can get me in next week and then she had me on hold for longer than 20 minutes. I had to get a tooth pulled they took care of me in the best way.
Dr. Cooper Jr is a wonderful guy and do good work but the staff sucks. I want be returning anymore. Them black women in there have terrible attitudes and give terrible customer service.
