Dr. Noble S.Cooper is one of the most well respected Dentist I’ve ever been around! His staff makes everything feel so friendly and professional, and his work is next to none in when it’s comes to professionalism. From follow up or referring me out for my wisdom teeth, I always feel like I’m in great hands when I step into the office.
They don't accept Medicare/ medicade

I was referred here .. I was told Mr Cooper was the best in Columbia. Unfortunately, I’m not able to say if he is or isn’t ..The representative was moving too fast. She didn’t let me speak or hear what I had to say which is unprofessional !! if you want patience to come To this dentist you should have better Customer Service . She told me she can get me in at four but I work till five. She told me she can get me in next week and then she had me on hold for longer than 20 minutes.
