We have used this company for years. Just recently about 3 yrs ago. Had an emergency issue over the weekend, called and left a message and called first thing Monday morning. Was told they could come next week. We stressed this was an emergency and was told to call other companies and we did. Our problem was corrected by noon from another company.
$90 assessment fee which meant absolutely nothing was done. Told I needed a aerator ( which I do not disagree) price for aerator and install $595... I said yes aerator and "INSTALL" I would like aerator closer to house.. Came home, aerator original spot, sitting on cinder block, connected to septic tank with a clamp....that's it! Don’t sign up for the yearly maintenance program. They take your money you never see them again. Use someone else!
They charged $120 to tell me what needed to be done to fix our septic but then never came back to do the work. Texted and called several times with no reply so found another company to do the work, for a cheaper price then Cooper quoted. I would not recommend.
