Generally speaking, you will never find the personable customer care and service you get at mom-and-pop pharmacies at any chain-retail pharmacy, ever. Speaking on Cooper's, specifically, they have never provided anything less than this personable customer care and service; they have helped me when in a bind on more than one occasion, and regardless if their help removed 1 more stressor in my life for only a day or for an entire week, I am SO grateful to see that compassion still exists in retail pharmacy.
