We ate at this location mid afternoon with the restaurant mostly empty but the service and the food were excellent. We had their recommended wines with the meal, both excellent.
We have been to the Town Center location, but tried the San Jose location today. It was FANTASTIC! We had the most AMAZING server, Gavin!!! Gavin went above and beyond for us! He provided memorable service and even helped my elderly mother with her Coopers Hawk membership. We will definitely revisit this particular location and request Gavin every time!
Our server Alaina was very sweet and pleasant. Food was awesome. Wine was fantastic. Service was great. Always a pleasure eating there.
Tonight I celebrated my birthday with friends at the Mandarin Coopers Hawk. Alaina was our server, and she was hands down the best! She was busy with several tables but never forgot a thing we asked and went out of her way to make me feel celebrated. So many thoughtful touches—a lit candle on my wine glass….a delicious birthday dessert….and a sweet message and candle on my to-go box….wow! Thank you!!!
Sindy was the BEST server!!! Very compassionate about wanting us to have the best meal and we did! One friend is allergic to onions. Sindy brought Chef Jonathan to our table and HE made suggestions he would prepare for our friend without onions!!! What restaurant does that . . . Cooper’s Hawk with a kind thoughtful server like Sindy. She was pleasant, spot on with the wine, and ALWAYS checked on our table. Food was delicious.
