I'm officially a member. I want to go weekly but that's doing too much. Food is always on point. They feature a team full of pleasantness. Exceptional customer service, I even obtained my membership card
Had some issues with food quality/contamination twice in a row on my bday, but Mr. Dan was very kind and quick to fix the issue. Found some type of plastic or raw egg shell in my pasta and bit into a hard avocado stem that was hidden in my appetizer when I just had oral surgery. Hopefully this doesn’t happen again because I like the vibez.
We actually pass the Pleasant Prairie location to get to the Gurnee location because Dani works there. The service and atmosphere is second to none.
Hate to do this but have been here 3 times over the last 2 months and it’s not great the servers are great. But every thing else is terrible. For example got here at 7pm tonight and food took almost 2 hours to come out and it was cold. I will not be returning anymore And will go to the backyard steak pit down the road that has it together and the food quality is 10 fold.
2 hours for a meal for two people with no wine is ridiculousZ It wasn’t busy either. Server hardly ever came by. Can’t tap to pay.
