Lance was a spectacular wine testing server. He went above and beyond and even checked on us while we were having dinner before he left for the evening. Angela C., our food server, was prompt warm, cheerful and made sure that we had a great evening! We love the braised short rib risotto! Please don’t take it off of the menu!
Lance was amazingly entertaining, informative and a joy to taste with! Love getting the inside scoop by having our membership! People like Lance working the tastings make us love to come back over and over! Angela C did a terrific job loving on us at our table too! Thanks Cooper’s Hawk Family for a terrific anniversary eve time!
