Unprofessional. They promised to come and fix an eavestrough they installed less than a year ago and to come fix a leaking roof they also installed but the time apparently never comes. Its been months with almost no contact while their work only degrades and develops more leaks. Might be okay for residential jobs but horrible for commercial jobs. Come fix the job you did under the warranty you signed.
Just wanted to make sure I did a review and thank the entire Cooper roofing team for the recent repair to our roof! Not only was the initial check done the next day but I was given multiple options, no pressure to replace vs repair and the service when the guys came to fix it was awesome! Thank you guys for always being there when the wind decides to take off a few shingles and always being upfront and honest on my options! You guys are awesome!
Heather ( Reception ) was wonderful . Accommodating and super helpful. Great price , all around exceptional experience, as far as renting trailer goes.....
